APPLICATION INFORMATION

  • 1ST STEP: SURFACE PRETREATMENT

Remove any rust, dust, oil and other contaminations from the surface to be coated, followed by the chemical treatment:

*Steel: Iron or zinc phosphatizing

*Galvanized steel, Aluminum: Chromatizing

  • 2ND STEP: COATING

Coating method:         Electrostatic spray,
                                    Electrostatic fluidized bed

*Recommended thickness: 60 – 80 microns.

  • 3RD STEP: CURING

Curing in baking oven (using gas or electrical burner)

Curing condition:        

160oC               for       15 mins

180oC               for       10 mins

200oC               for       5 mins
